If a job needs materials — a TV bracket, a lock, lumber, caulking, paint — they’re charged at cost plus 15–20% for sourcing and pickup, with receipts on your invoice. You’re also welcome to supply your own materials if you prefer.

Loyalist focuses on handyman work: repairs, mounting, painting, assembly and maintenance.
